Do you suffer from IAD (Instrument Acquisition Disorder), too? Well, inspired by our collection, we can discuss it here.

Gibson revitalization 15 of 15
This Gibson belongs to a professor friend and I am going to only replace the bridge pins. The oddity of the double pick guard is shown here. It appears to have some additions from the original factory configuration.
I wish I knew as much as you about guitars. I only started playing about 10 years ago, and haven't played much since I got married and had our son. The guitar I learned how to play on was a Gibson (my roommates). I have a Tacoma Chief now. I taught myself how to play classical and finger picking style on a steel string lol.
I don't think I've ever seen a guitar with 2 pick guards before.

Hi, Melissa!
Yes, we've given back this 2 pick-guard gem.
Kelly has all sorts of guitars and he was teaching lessons at the local college until about 2 years ago.
Learning classical on your own is a marvelous thing!
Thanks for stopping by! We'll be updating with more stories soon!
Best regards!
